The service

PlayLyria is an independent music-generation tool. It is not affiliated with Google or Google DeepMind. Account access and paid generation are available only when the service is open and your account is eligible.

You must be able to enter into a valid agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. Keep your sign-in account secure and use the service lawfully.

Prompts and generated music

Submit only text and lyrics that you have permission to use. Do not use the service to infringe rights, impersonate someone deceptively, or generate prohibited content. Google's applicable Gemini API terms and usage restrictions apply to the model service.

Generated music can vary in structure, duration, instruments, and pronunciation. A request for an exact length or a particular arrangement is not a guarantee. The service does not provide voice cloning or editing of an existing recording.

PlayLyria does not promise exclusive rights, copyright protection, or freedom from third-party claims or automated content-identification disputes. Evaluate your intended use and any rights in your submitted material before publishing or using a track commercially.

Music credits

One credit is reserved when a new generation begins and spent when usable audio is made available. If no audio can be delivered within the service's handling period, the reserved credit is returned. An uncertain result is checked without automatically creating a second paid request.

Generating again creates a new track and uses a new credit. A delivered result that you do not like does not automatically entitle you to a free new generation. Credit packs are one-time purchases without automatic renewal.

Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry while the service operates. Credits are account-bound, are not transferable, and are not a cash balance. If service closure affects unused purchased credits, the operator will provide an appropriate process consistent with applicable law.

Payment and refunds

Prices are shown in USD. The final amount and any applicable tax are displayed at checkout. Credits are added after payment confirmation. A return to the website after checkout is not proof of payment or fulfillment.

Returning a reserved music credit is distinct from refunding a payment. Requests about duplicate charges, unfulfilled purchases, and other payment problems are assessed separately. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights.

Purchases are not currently open. Operator details and a monitored payment-support contact will be published before checkout is enabled.

File retention and deletion

Private audio is available for 30 days after delivery. Download a copy of any track you want to retain. You can delete a completed track sooner, but deletion does not restore a spent credit. Expired or deleted audio is not guaranteed to be recoverable.

Availability and updates

The model is a preview service. Availability, quotas, and supported behavior may change. New generations and sales can be paused when capacity or budget is reached; existing credit balances remain recorded.

Material product or policy updates will be reflected on the relevant website pages. The current operator and contact information appear on the About page. Personal information is handled as described in the privacy policy.
