When credits are spent
A credit is reserved when a generation starts, then spent when the MP3 is ready. If no audio is delivered, it is returned. Generating again is a new request and uses a new credit.
Downloads and storage
Private audio is available for 30 days after delivery. My Music shows each track’s expiry date. Download any files you want to keep. Deleting a track does not restore a spent credit.
Credit validity and payments
Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry while the service operates. Packs do not renew automatically. Prices are in USD; any applicable tax is shown at checkout. A checkout confirmation alone does not add credits; payment must be confirmed.
Unsuccessful and unwanted results
An undelivered generation returns a music credit, not a cash refund. A delivered track that does not match your taste does not qualify for a free new generation. For purchase refunds, see the payment terms.
