When credits are spent
Clip reserves 1 credit and Pro reserves 2 when generation starts. These credits are spent when the MP3 is ready, or returned in full if no audio is delivered. Generating again uses the selected model’s credits for a new track.
Downloads and storage
Private audio is available for 30 days after delivery. My Music shows each track’s expiry date. Download any files you want to keep. Deleting a track does not restore a spent credit.
Credit validity and payments
Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry while the service operates. Packs do not renew automatically. Prices are in USD; any applicable tax is added at checkout. A checkout confirmation alone does not add credits; payment must be confirmed.
Unsuccessful and unwanted results
An undelivered generation returns its reserved credits, not a cash refund. A delivered track that does not match your taste does not qualify for a free new generation. For purchase refunds, see the payment terms.
