Information used by the service

When account access is available, signing in with Google provides the name, email address, profile image, and account identifier needed to create and maintain a PlayLyria account. PlayLyria does not receive your Google password.

Submitted music prompts, selected options, and any custom lyrics are stored with your generation history. These inputs are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate music. Do not include confidential information or someone else's personal information unless you are authorized to submit it.

Generated audio and storage

Private generated audio is stored using Cloudflare R2 and is available through account-protected endpoints. Audio is retained for 30 days after delivery, unless you delete it sooner. Expired audio is removed by scheduled cleanup. An active request must finish before its track can be deleted.

Generation and payment records may be retained separately from audio to reconcile credits, resolve disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Removing an audio file does not delete an accounting record.

Local drafts and cookies

The music editor stores your current draft in this browser's local storage so that it survives a refresh. Pending request identifiers may be stored for safe retries. These browser records are not a substitute for your account's server history. Clear the site's browser data to remove locally saved drafts.

Sign-in uses essential session cookies with HTTP-only protection. These cookies are needed for account access and private downloads. No advertising cookies are included in this version of the website.

Payments and service providers

Stripe Checkout processes credit purchases when sales are enabled. PlayLyria stores the order identifier, amount, currency, purchased credits, and payment status. Card details are entered on Stripe Checkout rather than stored by PlayLyria.

Cloudflare provides hosting, task execution, database, and file storage. Google processes music-generation inputs. Their processing and international-transfer terms also apply to the services they provide. See Google's API terms, Cloudflare's privacy policy, and Stripe's privacy policy.

Security and operational records

The service records limited task, error, download, and payment events to operate the product. Full prompts, lyrics, authentication tokens, and payment credentials are excluded from these events. A limited trial, if enabled, uses account eligibility and a keyed hash of an IP address to limit repeated claims.

Private tracks are not automatically published to the prompt library. Public samples require a separate publication decision and permission.

Your requests

You can delete completed private tracks in My Music. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable rights and recordkeeping obligations.

Privacy contact and operator details will be published before accounts and purchases open.
